At Dibital, we make it easy for vendors to receive their earnings. Please read the withdrawal process and schedule carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

✅ Withdrawal Eligibility

• You must have a minimum balance of $10 in your vendor account to request a withdrawal.

• Once your balance reaches $10 or more, the “Apply for Withdrawal” button will become available in your Vendor Dashboard.

🔐 Payment Method

• All payments are processed through PayPal.
  Make sure your PayPal email is correctly set in your vendor settings.

📅 Withdrawal Schedule

• Withdrawals are processed between the 15th and 16th of each month.

• If your request is approved, you’ll receive your funds within that window.

⏳ Important Cut-off Date

• Any product sold after the 6th of the current month will be paid out in the following month’s withdrawal cycle.

🔁 Example:

• A product sold on May 5th → eligible for withdrawal May 15–16.

• A product sold on May 7th → eligible for withdrawal June 15–16.

📝 Notes

• Ensure your PayPal email is up-to-date.

• You will receive a confirmation once your withdrawal is processed.

• Dibital is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
